River of Love

Day 59/365
Jevin has been helping at Awana, leading music before council time for two of the age groups. He chooses the songs for each group and practices during the week. He leads the kids in singing and he chooses two or three volunteers to help him with the actions. He has learned a lot about leading music over the last couple of weeks!

Emoji Pillow

Enavi took a class at the Verona Library in which the kids were able to make emoji pillows. She thought there was going to be sewing involved, but it was a simple cut and glue project. She designed the face and she told me may add some of her own embellishments and stitching at home. My favorite part: the tongue sticking out.

Doodle Crate Sculpture

Day 53/365
Enavi has a gift subscription to Doodle Crate where she receives a box with some type of artistic project by mail each month. Sometimes she works on the project right away and sometimes she saves them for a rainy day. Today was kind of gloomy and damp and she was really excited to pull out this sculpture activity.
