After two weeks of essentially staying home, working on school work and getting in each other's space, we took a much needed play break today. We explored the stream in Mount Vernon and played at the park. It made my mama heart happy to see my big kids play like little kids on the swings and teeter-totter. The weather was warm, even if the sun was still hiding behind the clouds for most of the day, and it really felt like spring is just around the corner. A much needed breath of fresh air!
